All orders are shipped the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground only. We use UPS exclusively and do not use third party shipping accounts. Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for your shipping address.
UPS Ground shipping is $9.50 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out. Ordering 1 or 100 items will not alter shipping charges unless specified here. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our Self Defense items that do not have a manufacturers warranty. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are based upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. The product(s) must be returned in resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature. If we receive your product without the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not get a refund. If you lost something that goes with your order, you can not return it. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. Only items with warranties can be returned outside of 30 days.
If you would like to return an order, follow this guideline:
• Contact us by email to receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) Number and the product return address
- In your email please provide:
• your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return
The RMA number MUST be on your return shipping label. If it is not, your package may be refused and sent back to you.
Customers Return Shipping Policy:
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Lions Gate Security, which includes shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you were shipped the wrong item(s). In the event you were shipped the wrong item(s), it is still the customers responsibility to ship the item(s) back to Lions Gate Security, which includes shipping costs. Once we have received the item(s), Lions Gate Security will refund your shipping costs.
WARRANTY POLICY
Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is only warranted for 30 days. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for Manufacturer Defects only. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty MUST be returned with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature. Failure to do so will result in warranty being voided and not fulfilled. Products being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, wear and tear and/or customer misuse, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given under warranty. Items that do not have a warranty cannot be returned outside 30 days of receipt. |
